Leveling up
When your DM says you’ve leveled up, a Level up banner appears on your sheet (or use Level up at the bottom of the sheet).
- Choose which class gains the level (useful if you multiclass).
- World Vault shows what that level brings: new features, more hit points, more spell slots.
- Make the choices the level asks for: a subclass, an Ability Score Improvement or feat, new spells, a fighting style, and so on.
- Choose your hit points: the average, or the number you rolled.
- Confirm. Your sheet updates.
The Features tab also shows what’s coming next level, so you can plan ahead.
In a campaign, the DM can mark that a level-up is available; the banner clears once you’ve taken it.
